The ARC Launch Process
The ARC launch model has been proven through the launch of hundreds of churches. These churches have record-breaking launch day attendance and long-term success that exceeds national averages. ARC has developed a four-step process to make that possible.
Step 01
ARC Launch Event
ARC Launch, a church planter training event, is the first step in planting a church with ARC. You will hear from ARC pastors, coaches, and staff as they share the nuts and bolts of church planting. We suggest attending ARC Launch 12-18 months before your launch day.
There are no prerequisites to attend this event. You can sign up, show up, and get the tools you need to launch strong simply by registering. Attending this event is a required first step in our process before moving to the next step.
Step 02
Application
Step one allows you to get to know more about ARC and where ARC can get to know more about you. You will complete an online application and readiness assessment that includes feedback and next steps from the Launch Team. You will also gain access to watch the 8 Essentials of Church Planting video series with Pastor Chris Hodges, where you will be introduced to the ARC launch model. If approved, you will advance to step two.
Step 03
Train
Step two begins with ARC’s world-class, Launch Training Course and online training module. You can work at your own pace as you move through 14 courses on planting your church. The course includes a digital training manual, a library of resources, and resource partners. During this step, you will be able to register for an ARC Launch Intensive Training. The ARC Launch Intensive is a 2-day course for you and your spouse to attend in person.
Step 04
Coach
At the ARC Launch Intensive, you will be paired with your Launch Coach. Our Launch Coaches are church planters themselves who have been through the ARC launch training process are now pastoring a thriving church. The ARC Launch Intensive is a round table training and coaching environment for you and your coach to work through your launch plan. They will offer feedback and recommendations as you prepare for your launch. Your Launch Coach will continue to work with you up to six months post-launch.
Step 05
Launch
After you complete your milestones in the online training module, you will receive funding. ARC will match dollar-for-dollar the first $50,000 AUD raised, to help launch your church. The funding you receive has been given by pastors that have gone before you. We ask that you re-invest those dollars through your missions giving so that others coming after you will have this same opportunity.
